VIP SERVICE
Developed to meet the demands of contemporary luxury travellers, Amilla Maldives champions sustainability, stimulates guests with authentic cultural experiences, and complements its gourmet menus with the Maldives’ largest selection of menus for ‘eating lifestyles’ (special diets).
All 67 spacious Villas and Residences are situated by the beach, over the water, or suspended amongst the jungle canopy and range from an opulent 200sqm to a palatial 450sqm.
Uniquely, the Residences (1500 to 15500sqm) come with a kitchen. A chef can be supplied upon request or Residence guests can order ingredients. These exclusive properties have four, six and eight bedrooms, making them perfect for families or friends.
Under its low-carbon garden-to-table concepts, Homegrown@Amilla and Homemade@Amilla, many ingredients including vegetables, fruit, herbs, eggs, probiotic sodas, kefir are sourced from the island itself. Alongside the world-class international a la carte menus are Amilla’s award-winning Wellness Your Way (WYW) ‘eating lifestyle’ menus, available at all restaurants. Breakfast begins poolside, with an international spread at Fresh. Barolo and East, also by the pool, serve modern Italian and authentic South Asian delights, whilst Chill’d provides all-day comfort food like the Ethical Burger, salads and free ice-cream.
The chef at Joe’s Pizza is standing by to serve up crispy woodfired bases with exquisite toppings all day. Feeling Koi, built on stilts over the lagoon, serves sophisticated Japanese cuisine while The Emperor Beach Club excels at contemporary seafood. Craft cocktails, music and fiery Maldivian sunsets beckon at the over-water Sunset Bar and beachside Baa Baa Bar. Nightly entertainment sees aerial shows, fire dancing and sultry crooning, while days are packed with activities and workshops ranging from kombucha-making to handmade bath products at the Alchemy Bar, and even Bollywood dancing lessons.
Javvu Spa, winner of a World Luxury Spa Award, continually innovates with guest practitioners and transformational courses. Don’t miss the Maldivian traditional medicine-inspired ‘Dhivehi Beys’ massage and acrobatics workshops.
